Information we collect
When you sign in with Google, we receive basic account information such as your name, email address and profile image. We also store plan and billing status, account settings and the information needed to operate the service.
Pet photos and audio
If you use the creation workflow, the photo and audio you select are used to prepare the requested video. Use only images and sounds you have permission to use. Account and support requests about deletion can be sent to support@singingpetal.lol.
Payments
Checkout and subscription billing are handled by Stripe. Payment card details are submitted directly to Stripe and are not stored by Singing Pet AI. We receive plan, payment status and related transaction information needed to provide access.
Cookies and sessions
Essential cookies keep you signed in and protect account routes. We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate page performance and product usage. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings.
Service providers
We use service providers for authentication, hosting, database services, payments and support operations. Information is shared only as needed to provide those services, comply with law or protect the service and its users.
Your choices
You can manage your subscription from billing settings. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@singingpetal.lol. Some records may be retained when required for legal, tax, security or fraud-prevention reasons.
