Using Singing Pet AI
Singing Pet AI is a browser-based service for creating talking and singing pet videos from photos and audio. You must be old enough to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and use the service lawfully.
Accounts
Google is the available sign-in method. Keep access to your Google account and your Singing Pet AI account secure. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
Plans and billing
Weekly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Stripe. The amount and billing interval are shown before checkout. Subscriptions continue until cancelled unless otherwise stated. You can manage billing from your account settings.
Your photos and audio
You keep the rights you have in content you provide. By submitting a photo or audio, you confirm that you have permission to use it and authorize its processing for the requested service. Do not upload illegal, exploitative or infringing content.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to impersonate real people, mislead others, infringe intellectual property, bypass access controls, disrupt the platform or break applicable law. We may restrict access when necessary to protect the service or others.
Availability and changes
The service is provided as available and may change while we improve reliability and product quality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every source photo will produce a usable result.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties and Singing Pet AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
